The Thai Union Group has tapped Darian May McBain, PhD, as its new Group Director of Sustainable Development, effective 6 July.

McBain comes to the position with a zeal for engaging key stakeholders as a means to achieve strategic outcomes, as well as a storied background in conceiving and implementing sustainable development projects. Past work experiences saw her engaging with governments, intergovernmental organizations and non-governmental organizations across the world. Dr. McBain’s international experience and expertise is the perfect fit for that key requirement of our business,” said Thiraphong Chansiri, Global President and CEO of Thai Union Group.
