Scottish salmon exports rise 56 percent, France dethrones US as main overseas market

Exports of Scottish salmon for the first nine months of this year achieved a total value of GBP 483 million (USD 632.1 million, EUR 542.7 million), representing an increase of 56 percent year-on-year, according to new figures published by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
