Importing seafood into the United States involves navigating multiple tiers of regulation from government bodies like the Food and Drug Administration and Customs and Border Protection. England & Associates, will discuss his firm’s Customs and Trade Legal Team's latest historic achievement of obtaining a modification on a CBP finding; banning the import of certain goods due to forced labor, a first since 1994.
