Del Pacifico expands sales of wild-caught shrimp burgers to Central Market

Sinaloa, Mexico-based Del Pacifico Seafoods, which specializes in wild-caught Mexican shrimp, is expanding the sales of its “Fair Trade-Certified Shrimp Burger” to Central Market stores.

Central Market, an American gourmet grocery store chain, is owned by H-E-B Grocery Company and operates in the U.S. state of Texas. Del Pacifico’s product, the company said, is made with sustainable wild-caught shrimp chopped by hand, with no fillers or preservatives
