Andy Matsuda to perform cooking demonstrations for Gadré at SENA

Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India-based surimi producer Gadré is planning a series of cooking demonstrations at the 2022 Seafood Expo North America, running 13 to 15 March in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India-based surimi producer Gadré is planning a series of cooking demonstrations at the 2022 Seafood Expo North America, running 13 to 15 March in Boston, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

Andy Matsuda, the founder of the Sushi Chef Institute in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., will perform five live demonstrations of sushi dishes using ingredients produced by Gadré, the world’s third-largest surimi products manufacturer. The demonstrations will take place at 11 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday 13 March, and 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Monday, 14 March at the Indian Pavillion, Both #2833, Stall #7 and #8.

Additionally, Gadré has initiated a scholarship giveaway, funding five aspring chefs’ attendance at Matsuda’s sushi institute in 2022.
