Vichiunai Europe NV selected as Prix d’Élite finalist for 14th year

Vichiunai Europe NV was selected as a Prix d’Élite finalist at Seafood Expo Global, taking place in Brussels, Belgium 21 April through 23 April. This is the company’s 14th year in a row selected as a finalist in the competition.

Two of Vichiunai’s products are included in this year’s Prix d’Élite competition: Vici Fritters and Mexican Salmon Nachos. The company’s Vici Fritters are deep fried surimi balls with vegetables and can be served cold or microwaved in one minute. The fritters are MSC certified and have three times less fat than typical breaded snacks.

Vichiunai’s Mexican Salmon Nachos consist of paper thin crunchy salmon with Mexican spices and dill dip.
The Viciunai Group will be sampling both products at booth S 6-927 at the upcoming show.
